No refunds
Payments for LegacyStorys are not refundable. That includes the annual plan, the monthly plan and gifts.
Before you pay
Try the free Trial first: 3 voice or written answers, and you can always read and download what you saved. You can also see a sample file before you buy anything.
If we make a mistake
If we charge you twice, or charge you the wrong amount, email us and we’ll put it right.
This policy does not limit any rights the law gives you.
If a payment is reversed anyway
Sometimes a bank or card company reverses a payment. If that happens, your stories are not deleted. The paid access from that payment ends, you can still read and download your saved stories for free, and family links pause until you buy another period or redeem a gift. See Privacy.
